We have added this page to our website for your review and to give our customers a better idea what to expect on your checking –in day.
Check–in time to our rental units is 3:00 PM or late. Door codes are only issued on the check –in day.
One of our goals is to meet and greet all our customers at the rental on check –in day. Sometimes we are not able to meet every customer on check in days, due to our schedule or the customer choosing to spend time in Honolulu before driving out to the North Shore.
This is why we ask all our customers to call us at 808-347-1210 when you are leaving the Honolulu international airport.
At this time we can set a time we can meet at the rental unit or if you choose to spend some time in Honolulu before heading out to the North Shore and wish to check–in at later time that is convent for you. We can issue your DOOR CODE (No Keys issued). Since our vacation rentals are gates we will also issue the gate codes over the Phone, Text or Email. If we do not meet on your check in day, I will stop by the following day and say Aloha.
Thing your rental unit have stoked in them.
1) Your rental unit is stocked with a starter amount of Paper goods and Soaps (toilet paper & bathroom soaps/Kitchen soap & paper towels) in your Bathrooms and Kitchen. One bottle of Propane for your BBQ is supplies. Once these goods run out you must resupply yourself.
(Propane can be purchase at Foodland grocery store, empty bottles must be returned for exchange at time of purchase) 
2) Your rental unit is stoked an ample amount of Bathroom towels and 4 to 6 beach towels depending on maximum occupancy allowed to the rental unit. There is one extra set of Bed linen in each bedroom closets. We ask that you use the White Bathroom towels for bathing only they are not to be used outdoors.
Your unit has a WASHER & DRYER for your use, soap is not supplied.
3) NO food or food condiments supplied in the rental.
4)  We supply dishwashing pellets and WHITE garbage bags for all rubbish, both the pellets and the rubbish bags can be found under the Kitchen sink for your use. You will also find under the sink some cleaning products for your use while at the rental.
All rubbish including Recyclables are to be put into the white garbage bags then placed in to the GREEN rubbish cans at the front of the property.
5) The left side of the building at Sunset Hale out your back door is our common area. Access to the beach is from the common area. In the common area you will find the Red Beach Chairs the Hot /Cold outdoor shower.
Beach chairs can be left on the beach during the day but must be return back to the rental at night.
Please keep the common area free of surfboards, boogie boards, board bags, fins, mask and snorkels and personal belongings. Each rental unit has a backdoor porch for storing personal belongings. Surfboard, Boogie boards, board bags or large items to be left outdoors and can be stored under the back door porch. Each porch has a storage rack under the porch for your use.
When you check –out   
Check-out time is 10AM we offer No late Check-Outs without preapproved by Aloha Beach Rentals
1) You do not need to wash any towels or bed linens. Locate you beach towels and make sure they are not left outdoors. Check that any pots and pans used outdoors are brought back into the rental unit. Put away your beach chairs.
2) Please put any used dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle.
3) Empty all your rubbish and pt into the Green Rubbish cans at the front of the property
4) Turn off all lights and Fans
5) Food items can be left or thrown away it’s your choice, as our housekeepers or our homeless community can benefit from your donation. Mahalo  
6) Lock the doors .
